Our Approach

Our Approach

How we choose, how we prove it

No activism, no guilt-tripping — just verifiable, public criteria and one simple rule: we only display what we have been able to verify ourselves.

1

How we choose

We do not manufacture: we choose. Every brand admitted into the ekomfort selection meets a public charter — verifiable materials, genuine certifications, documented manufacturing conditions.

Today, Nae opens the selection: vegan shoes and accessories, made in Europe. Other houses will join the selection once they too have demonstrated that they meet these criteria — never before.

2

How we prove it

A “vegan” or “made in Europe” badge displayed on a product page is never an empty claim: it is verified data, material by material, certification by certification, before it is published.

We publicly document exactly what each badge guarantees, what it does not guarantee, and how to verify it yourself — on our methodology page.

3

Responsible logistics

Free delivery from €150 in Luxembourg and across the entire Greater Region, 30-day returns, secure payment with no hidden fees. Responsibility does not stop at the fabric of a garment — it continues right to your door, and back again if needed.

4

Circularity

Extending the life of a piece that has already been made — through care, repair, or a well-chosen second-hand find — often counts for more than simply choosing a more virtuous material at purchase. It is one of the pillars of our approach, not an argument added after the fact.

5

Accessibility

A responsible selection must be an accessible selection. We publicly document our WCAG 2.1 AA commitment — a commitment that no identified competitor in our market displays today.
