At the heart of your experience with Ekomfort, there is you. Helping you with your eco-responsible choices is our mission, and we want your satisfaction to be maximized. Thus, if for any reason a product does not meet your expectations, here’s how to proceed.

Return and Exchange: The complete procedure

At Ekomfort, the return is as easy as pie! Enjoy a generous period of 100 days after receiving the product to initiate a free exchange or return. However, please note that the returned item must appear brand new and show no signs of prior usage before we can initiate the exchange or full refund process.

If you live in Germany, France, Belgium – in short, in any member country of the European Union – exchange and return fees are free.

And now? How does this work in concrete terms?

Just send us an email at stating your wish to exchange or return an item. Don’t forget to mention your name as well as the number associated with this order.

2. Once the request is accepted (which will be done very quickly), retrieve the return label provided with the initial order. In the event that it has accidentally disappeared, there is no need to panic: simply send us an email and we will send you a new one.

3. Finally – last but not least – make sure to use the original box as much as possible when returning products, so that it can continue its journey to another destination without being damaged: because at Ekomfort, we even take good care of our packaging!

Once these steps are crossed:

4. Contact the logistics operator who delivered this package directly to your location – they already know the way – follow their instructions to drop off your package at the local office or arrange for pick-up directly from your location.

And hop! Upon receiving the returned package; according to your previously expressed preferences, we will either immediately initiate the “new product” trial or initiate the “full refund” process.
